Universal Studios Singapore

Kay finally-! The long overdued Universal Studios post. Very lazy to blog because it's 2012 everybody-! HAPPY FUCKING NEW YEAR-! Shall blog about New Year some other time.

Wall of Shrek (long lost member) in a souvenier shop outside of the theme park. My sister calls me Ogre Qing, can't imagine why.

All geared and hyped up before entering the theme park.

And the doors finally opened-! We reached early so there wasn't a problem getting in. This is a picture of the first street upon entering the theme park. The fun and attractions doesn't start here, it's further up.

Monster Rock themed musical. We didn't get to catch the show at any of the time's because, just plainly not fated sigh.

The steam blowing out of the manhole isn't obvious... But I suppose you can guess who we were trying (but fail) to impersonate.

Was so frustrated with my hair because although I washed it the night before, I didn't shampoo it because I didn't want the colour to come out any more than it already has... Which caused my hair to look... FLAT. Oh hippo why so sad...

First ride of the day was Transformers... Since it was highly recommended by WeiMae and Michelle.

The queue was impossibly long, but at least it was moving. I'll have to be honest, in the beginnine I was a little skeptical like, how nice can it really be right after all its just a motion master ride. But holy smokes was it good-! You'll have to experience it yourself laa. But like what a lot of people say, ITS A MUST-!

Next was this Bumblebee "tea cup" ride harhar which is like on the list in every theme park I'm sure. But this was actually pretty fast.

Next up was both of the battlestar gallactica roller coasters. We sat the blue one first and HOLY HIPPO was it crazy as hell-! Best roller coaster ride I've ever sat in my life by far. Then the mother and cousin couldn't take it anymore so the sister and I went for the red one. It was really 'meh' compared to the blue one but still thrilling none the less. As in, it was thrilling enough to make young girls cry... No, not because of Justin Bieber XP

Sorry couldn't help it. Whenever you see it.

Sat "The Mummy" ride after that. Its a really high speed indoor roller coaster but it wasn't as thrilling as I thought it would be. Before entering and queuing, the man in the entrance warned us by saying "Very very fast one horr, you can?".

Bitch please, you say 'fast'... I hear FUN.

Jurassic Park food court for lunch.

Had to try VitaminC water to see what all the fuss is about. Carrie Underwood and Kim Kardashian both endorsed in this so we were like ... Gotta try laa right. Verdict is... It seriously taster like water with a hint of citrus and blueberry note. Thats it. Meh -.-

I can has dinosaur nugget from kidz meal lol.

Omgosh my eyes look so Cina here. And as much as I hate to admit it, I think the sister is getting more attractive each year. Why =( I miss her Ugly Betty phase lol.

Is it just me, or does anyone else feels much more... Magical when you're in a place like Far Far Away? As in the theme park. They play renaissance music all the time and all the mascots and architecture is plain amazeballs.

The hair in between the ears sure does look a lot like pubic hair dont'cha think?

So why do my friend's call me hippo momma you ask? Well, I'm still not quite sure. They say it's because of the horrible/funny hippo faces I make but deep down, I believe its my physique. Either way, it's sad.

I first got to know corn dogs through this awesome tween movie called "Princess Diaries". Forgive me but this  fast food was never popular in Asia, yet alone Malaysia. So when I had the chance to try it I was like ALRIGHT-!!!! It tasted alright but I expected more. In the end there was just this outer layer that seemed like  deep dried corn bread and a hot dog in ti. Jelat laa if eat the whole thing.

Turkey leg-!

Which I didn't get to try because the mother aunt and cousin whacked everything -.-

Sampat sister's is sampat.

Bought this for the father. In the end he just placed it next to his medicine's in the bedroom. Inside joke perhaps.

Hippo loves panda's.

Had our 2nd lunch at Mel's drive-in. I really love the 60's and 70's (grease era). Or maybe it's just the musical lol. There was a small performance by 3 ladies dressed as a waitress from the 60's outside the diner as well.

Brownie with vanilla ice-cream. Manhattan's one is the better.

Crispy chicken burger which apparently is quite famous.

The lovely Marilyn Monroe. The all time Golden Girl during the "Golden Holywood" era.

The set of "Water World". Am I seriously the only one who loved the movie that every critic seems to hate?! The show was really good, what with the explosions and underwater stunts that were performed... Not to mention the really bulk actors tralalalala...

The last picture taken in Universal Studios. Left the place early because the mother and I had an acrobatic performance to catch.

Had supper at BreadTalk right after the show.

Hai horseface.

This toast super tipu one. When it was served everyone thought "woah ada liao". But the butter was only slabbed on the outer half of the bread... The other half was empty wtf bread trol.

The Universal sign globe at night.

Huge ass Christmas Tree.

This picture reminds me a lot of Narnia lol.

The family.

Putting on a lot of weight during the holidays. Not a good sign. Eating a lot more compared to Uni days where I . used to survive on a cup of yogurt and sandwich for lunch. Hai gym.
